On a hilltop in Totowa, New Jersey, before it was an event venue, the previous owner was quite the collector; he salvaged hospital columns, transit-hall ironwork, even World's-Fair stone, weaving them into headquarters.

Decades later, we kept the soul, added the comforts and opened it to celebrations and gatherings. We called it The Chariot.
